Hello! I'm Gie, your Globe virtual relationship manager, and I'll be your guide in getting to know the new MyAccount.
To start, this is the Account List page, where you may enroll your Globe Postpaid, Globe Prepaid, TM, and Globe At Home accounts. From here, you can easily check their account status and current balance.
Next up, welcome to the Dashboard page! The new dashboard is designed to give you at-a-glance information - from your plan subscriptions to your last payment details. Lovely, isn't it? I think so too!
We're halfway there! Speaking of last payment details, clicking on the Bills & Payments tab lets you see more detailed information like your billing and payment history.
Lastly, you may click on the Requests & Modifications tab if you wish to modify your account such as line reconnection or enrollment to paperless billing. And... that's it! I am so excited for you to explore the new MyAccount. Talk to you soon!
